After closing: Las Azucenas manages your trees

Forests to Fortune's role ends at closing. Las Azucenas manages your trees under a direct agreement with you from that point forward. The management services are arranged as part of your purchase price. Las Azucenas is an independent agroforestry company — not part of Forests to Fortune.

You own a specific, GPS-identified tree. Title is in your name, recorded in the Canopy registry.
You direct the timing of harvest. Las Azucenas cannot harvest without your written authorization.
You may substitute the agroforester with 60 days' notice.
All harvest proceeds flow through an independent escrow agent directly to you. Forests to Fortune never holds your harvest proceeds.

When you buy Las Azucenas trees through Canopy Marketplace, you pay Forests to Fortune and own individual, identifiable trees with transparency and documentation. Your purchase covers the physical tree and the management services described in your agreements.

Individual Tree Ownership

Each tree is identified with a unique inventory number, GPS coordinates, and ownership documentation from your Canopy Marketplace purchase.

Legal Documentation

You receive a Bill of Sale for each tree, providing legal proof of ownership.

Transparent Management

Las Azucenas manages your trees under your management agreement using responsible practices. You can view management updates over time.

Resell Options

Canopy Marketplace supports listing your trees for resale when you choose.
